The Village of Walton is currently seeking part-time Code Enforcement Officers, and we are asking for your help in sharing this opportunity with local students and young adults who may be interested.
This position is ideal for individuals who are graduating high school, currently in college, or recently entering the workforce, and are looking to gain valuable, real-world experience while contributing to their community.
Participants in this role will have the opportunity to:
-Work directly with local government -Learn about building codes, zoning, and property maintenance -Develop professional communication and problem-solving skills -Build a strong resume with hands-on municipal experience -Play an active role in maintaining and improving the Village of Walton
No prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are responsible, dependable, and willing to learn. Training will be provided.
