The F.I.R.S.T. (Families Into Reading Succeed Together) Program is an exciting program at DCS which offers the opportunity for our families and school to work together to introduce two and three-year-old children in our district to school life. It is a morning program to provide a positive beginning to the education of children. To participate in the program, an adult who is active in the child’s life (parent, guardian, relative, daycare provider, grandparent, etc.) is required to attend each day with the child.

Eligible participants:
Two and three-year-old children who reside in our district.

Program Information:
Approximately 1.5 hours. (More information regarding frequency to follow – based on COVID 19 Guidelines).

Begins in September and ends in mid-June

NO district transportation is provided
