Students will be dismissing early today. Walkers will need to be picked up at 2:15 at the front door of the bus garage. Mrs. Odell will be there to release your child. All bus riders will depart around 2:20, after walkers have been dismissed. Please plan for your child to arrive home approximately 15-20 minutes earlier than usual. In addition, this will be a test of our all-call system. As many of you are fully aware, Tuesday evening we had multiple, late night phone calls that went out due to a glitch in our system. We apologize for those late-night calls. They have assured us the issue has been resolved and it will not happen again. We greatly appreciate your understanding with that!
Early Dismissal Drill TODAY - Dismissal at 2:15pm

Students may return to campus for normal after school activities (sports practice).
An all-call will take place the morning of October 13th to remind parents of the drill and to test the all-call system. If you do not receive a call that day, please contact the principal’s office at 607-363-2111.

This year's Reading theme will be Medieval Times. The students had a kick off today with William the Crusader. He joined our PreK-6 classes to talk about the importance of reading. Students will have the opportunity to read this year and then be knighted when they have reached a goal. Each month classes will be in a jousting tournament to see who can read the most! At the end of the month the winner will be given a flag for their knight to hold and bragging rights of what they have accomplished.
